Coney Island at its peak in the 1940s. So many people went to see the sights. The rides, the freak shows, the beach was so crowded. The hot dog was born here "Coney Island Caviar". Bathing beauties here too, Miss Coney Island. Merry go rounds and roller coasters. And its night lights. It took a beating from Hurricane Sandy.
