250ml milk;
150g flour;
2 bananas;
2 tablespoons of sugar;
1 tablespoon of baking powder;
1 egg.
Grind the bananas until they have a creamy texture. Stir everything together and pour a small portion, for each pancake, on a heated pan with some butter melted on.
Serving suggestions: honey, syrup, nutella, marmalade, strawberries or any fruit you prefer.
