The project: Russia has unideal weather, roads, and drivers. This alongside the cost of fixing cars has created a community of DIY-friendly Russians that hold on to their damaged cars as long as possible. The concept here is to create a vehicle—to be produced in 2030—with a modular frame, memory metal body panels, and easily replaceable parts. This will reduce repair and production cost as well as increase post-crash safety (no more bent/fractured frames).
